Every receipt can be edited at any time in the app and on the web. Archived versions are marked, are not included in totals, and still remain accessible.

Tripensio stores all information in compliance with GDPR in your dashboard. AI access is provided via a server-side protected OpenAI key. Your receipts are therefore transferred to OpenAI. This is a prerequisite for the recognition and categorization of receipts.

Yes. Through the Tripensio web dashboard, you can view all trips, adjust details, manually add receipts, and initiate exports as CSV/ZIP, including original receipts.
